Sending an inquiry, preferred date, traveler request, or contact form does not create a confirmed reservation. Availability, pricing, inclusions, payment requirements, and the final booking path must be confirmed by the agency.

Travel prices and availability can change until the agency and relevant supplier confirm the service. Quotations may have an expiry date and may be affected by currency, tax, supplier, availability, or traveler-detail changes.

• Provide complete and accurate traveler information.
• Check passport validity, visa, health, insurance, and entry requirements before travel.
• Review names, dates, routes, inclusions, exclusions, and conditions before approval or payment.
• Arrive on time and follow airline, hotel, operator, immigration, and destination rules.

Airlines, hotels, transport providers, activity operators, insurers, visa processors, and other suppliers may apply their own terms, restrictions, schedules, and cancellation rules. Those terms become part of the confirmed service where applicable.

Payment instructions, deadlines, amendment charges, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and processing times are governed by the agency’s written quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, voucher, Refund Policy, and applicable supplier terms.

Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of the agency or another party.

These terms may be updated when services, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The version published on this page is the current website version.
